Warmbad Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a Namibian company, was founded in January 2003 by Miss H Veldskoen and Dr PJ Cox with the purpose of becoming involved in the development of mining and tourism opportunities in the south of Namibia.

The area of the company’s operations embraces the traditional area of the #Gami!Nun Khoi Khoi people (the Bondelswart Namas) Miss Veldskoen one of the founding members of the company is a member of this indigenous Nama tribe. A trust has been established for the Bondelswarts (The #Gami!Nun Trust) under the control of the tribal council and 20% of the equity of the company is held by this trust. A further 31% is held by The Veldskoen Trust under Miss Veldskoen’s control. The company is thus controlled by the #Gami!Nun people.
The company has targeted the development of the Tantalite Valley mine as its flagship project. It will also develop the artisanal mining industry in the South of Namibia by establishing a mining co-operative and a central buying and processing facility for semi precious and coloured gem stones with the artisanal miners. The company will also avail itself of the undeveloped nature of the south to promote tourism on the various properties that it will manage.
